Pacific Coast Vein and Vascular Institute is a physician-led specialty practice serving Orange County with locations in Fountain Valley, Westminster, and Irvine. Our specialists are board-certified and board-eligible in interventional radiology, providing advanced, minimally invasive care for venous, arterial, and joint-related vascular conditions. Dr. Massoud Arbabzadeh and Dr. Dustin Newell bring extensive training and expertise across the full range of our services, including vein, arterial, and Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) treatments. Our goal is to support patients on their path to improved comfort and mobility through individualized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Arbabzadeh

Fellowship-trained at Columbia University, Dr. Arbabzadeh has spent his career advancing minimally invasive techniques to treat complex vascular conditions.

His focus is on helping patients find effective alternatives to major surgery.

Dr. Newell

Dr. Dustin J. Newell, MD, MBA is a board-certified interventional radiologist with over a decade of clinical excellence and healthcare leadership in the Los Angeles area. He completed his medical training at the University of California, Irvine, his radiology residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of California, San Diego.
