Dr. Arbabzadeh
Dr. Massoud Arbabzadeh is a fellowship-trained interventional radiologist specializing in vascular and minimally invasive procedures.
He completed advanced training at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and has held clinical and research roles at leading institutions, including the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
His background includes extensive experience in endovascular interventions, with a focus on innovative, image-guided treatments designed to reduce the need for traditional surgery.

Dr. Newell
Dr. Dustin J. Newell, MD, MBA is a board-certified interventional radiologist with over a decade of clinical excellence and healthcare leadership in the Los Angeles area. He completed his medical training at the University of California, Irvine, his radiology residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Newell is widely regarded as a highly skilled and respected operator, with specialized expertise in peripheral arterial disease (PAD), limb salvage, and venous interventions — delivering advanced, minimally invasive, image-guided solutions to patients with complex vascular conditions.
​
A committed physician-leader, Dr. Newell has served as Chair of Radiology at multiple Los Angeles-area hospitals, most recently at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, and currently leads the Interventional Radiology section for a large multi-hospital radiology group. His MBA complements his clinical acumen with a strong foundation in practice management, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Dr. Newell has been an active contributor to the broader IR community throughout his career, including involvement with the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Interventional Initiative — a public education effort dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of minimally invasive, image-guided care. He is deeply committed to advancing the field and ensuring patients have access to the highest standard of interventional treatment.
